Paul Archer becomes global strategic director of the firm

Paul Archer 90TENThe former global head of Virgo Health Education Paul Archer has joined med comms agency 90TEN’s board as its global strategic director.

In this new role, Archer will be responsible for developing a range of new product offerings within medical education to meet client’s current and future needs.

A key part of this will be to expand the global partnership structure whilst also providing strategic support to current communication programmes.

Paul has over 15-years’ experience in medical communications, culminating in six years at Virgo Health Education.

Previous senior roles in health education including VP of educational services at Darwin Grey and director of Infinity, part of Innovex Medical Communications.

Carole North, managing director, of 90TEN, said: “We are absolutely delighted that Paul has joined 90TEN. He shares the same vision that medical education needs to change to focus on behavioural change outcomes instead of outputs.

“We had an extremely successful 2014, which has culminated in being shortlisted in five Communiqué Award categories, including Small Consultancy of the Year. Paul’s significant experience growing businesses, combined with his entrepreneurial flair and extensive connections, will drive our next phase of expansion.”

Archer added: “In this challenging healthcare environment, I believe we need a new approach in engaging with HCPs and was inspired by the teams’ passion for delivering programmes that fundamentally change behaviours. I look forward to supporting the founders as they expand the business.”
