Havas Lynx boosts London operation

Promotes Mark Farnworth to head of digital at Lynx London
Mark Farnworth, LYNX London

Havas Lynx has created the new role of head of digital at its Lynx London division reflecting increased business.

Mark Farnworth, previously senior digital planner at Havas Lynx, is the first to hold the new post, created just over a year after the London office opened.

Healthcare director Tim Woodcock told PMLiVE that the creation of the role reflects the fact that the London office has grown significantly.

“Mark will play a key role in ensuring that we continue to propose and develop innovative digital solutions that deliver real return on investment to our clients as we continue to grow in 2014,” said Woodcock.

Farnworth joined Havas Lynx (formerly Creative Lynx) in 2009, working with its interactive team, along with lecturing in multimedia technology at Leeds Metropolitan University. In 2011 his role evolved, becoming more client-facing and increasingly focusing on developing digital strategy.

Two staff will report to Farnworth initially, Woodcock said.
