Health Unlimited bolsters PR team

Appoints Ann Bartling as PR practice lead

Ann BartlingGlobal health consultancy and communications agency Health Unlimited has appointed Ann Bartling as its PR practice lead.

Bartling, who will be based in London, UK, brings more than 25 years’ experience in health communications having worked in both the US and Europe.

Her new role will see her grow the PR and communications function of Health Unlimited and she will also be responsible for a team of approximately 30 consultants.

Tim Bird, chief executive officer of Health Unlimited, said: “We are delighted to have Ann onboard to help shape the future of Health Unlimited.

“She brings with her a wealth of experience in delivering for clients at the highest level, while ensuring growth and team development.”

According to the agency, this hire follows a move by the organisation to create a full-service, integrated health communications offering, combining specialists across PR, medical communications, digital, creative services and performance marketing under one programme.

Bartling said: “Health Unlimited represents expert disciplines coming together to make a difference and drive meaningful changes in health.

“it is a purpose driven company and I am excited to join.”

Prior to Bartling’s new appointment, she headed the London health offering for Edelman and has also held roles for the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Medial Association.
