Healthcare communications agency Cuttsy+Cuttsy has hired a new strategy director in the form of Marianne Guldbrandsen.

For the past five years, Guldbrandsen has headed Macmillan’s innovation and strategic partnerships team and before that she was head of design strategy at the Design Council, an independent charity.

Commenting on the appointment, Caroline Benson, founder and director of Cuttsy+Cuttsy, said: “We are very excited that Marianne has joined the team, she brings an added strategic perspective to us as a healthcare communications agency especially in our ‘co+creation’ work with healthcare professionals and patients.

“Her oncology and charity background adds even more depth to our teams knowledge, enabling us to offer even more to out clients.”

TBWA/WorldHealth adds two new members to its London base

Jean-Marie Dru, Andy Hayley and Dick Dunford

TBWA/WorldHealth, part of Omnicom, has strengthened its team in London with the addition of Andy Hayley (pictured middle), who becomes the agency’s managing partner.

Hayley re-joins TBWA/WorldHealth London at a time when the company looks to implement a new vision in their UK base.

With a career spanning over 23-years, Hayley has worked in sales and marketing roles for MSD, then joined TBWA/WorldHealth London – formerly known as Paling Walters – serving as a junior account executive.

Meanwhile, Dick Dunford also joins the group as its executive creative director.

Dunford, whose career spans over 25 years, also previously worked for TBWA, where he transitioned from leading Nissan, Canon and British Airways moving into the health space to work with Hayley.

Together they both served as managing director and executive creative director at TBWA/Paling Walters London and prior to this, they co-founded Loooped, a strategic and creative consultancy.

Robin Shapiro, global president, TBWA\WorldHealth, said: “Having Dick and Andy on board is not only a major coup, it is the rekindling of a very long friendship.

“They are the next piece of the stellar team we are creating across the world and we are thrilled to have such fierce collaborators and natural disruptors leading our European offer.”
