imc group launches new division, announces lead

The integrated medhealth communication (imc) group is set to offer a new medical affairs division, which will provide scientific strategy expertise on client accounts.

Heading up the integrated medical affairs (ima) division is Neil Ravenhill, who becomes its global head of medical affairs and scientific strategy.

imc group's President and CEO Shairose Ebrahim said the new division will bring the group’s human-centric approach to a broader range of clients looking for compliance, medical signatory, virtual medical affairs and other services.

Ravenhill said, “I am truly honoured to be joining the imc group - we have bold plans to deliver our brand of excellence beyond the current offering across the entire imc group and with ima we will be leveraging the shift in focus of the medical affairs role at pharma-biotech. It’s exciting to be in the vanguard.”

Working alongside Ravenhill is Shan Peng, who has joined the group as its compliance director.
