INC Research appoints Clare Grace

She joins from PPD as VP site and patient access

Contract research organisation (CRO) INC Research has appointed Dr Clare Grace as VP of site and patient access.

In her new role, Grace will support INC Research's aim to create stronger connections with high performance clinical research sites and targeted patient populations.

She will also develop strategic relationships with patient advocacy and site management organisations, implement new approaches to work more effectively with sites and streamline operational functions to drive delivery quality and efficiency.

Grace joins from the CRO PPD where she held several leadership roles including senior director, head of global site intelligence and director of strategic site collaborations. Prior to PPD, she held clinical development roles within AstraZeneca and Antisoma.

Grace said of her new appointment: “Establishing more meaningful relationships with clinical research sites and patients is critical to our ability to deliver new medicines to market.

“We recognise that each trial and patient have specific needs and will work tirelessly to provide a personalised approach to meet these needs.”

Alistair Macdonald, chief operating officer, said: “INC Research understands the value sites bring to clinical research and is committed to enhancing our relationships with them to ultimately help bring new treatments to market more efficiently.

“We are very pleased to have Clare leading the team to execute on our vision of connecting at a deeper level with these key stakeholders and communities for mutually beneficial outcomes.”
