Incanthera appoints Laura Brogden as CFO

Drug development and targeted cancer medicines group Incanthera has appointed Laura Brogden as its new chief financial officer.

She said: “Having known the company for many years, I am thrilled to take the position at such a pivotal and exciting time, and I am very much looking forward to the plans ahead in the immediate future.”

With over 17 years’ industry experience, Brogen joins the University of Bradford spin-out from Summ.it, where she was responsible for a portfolio of entrepreneurial clients covering venture capital and private equity businesses.

Simon Ward, chief executive officer, Incanthera, said: “Laura is a fantastic addition to the Incanthera team, as someone well known to us through heading the finances for Incanthera at Summ.it, we are delighted that she has accepted the position within the company and the board.”
