Kai Gait returns to GSK as digital marketing director

He will be developing digital channel materials and services, built on customer insights

Kai Gait has returned to GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) as digital marketing director, following 10 months as global digital marketing leader for Roche.

With over 20 years experience in both global and local roles, Kai has become a figurehead for the use of digital marketing within pharma. Prior to his earlier role as digital commerce marketing manager at GSK he was multi channel manager at Schering-Plough.

GSK said that he will be “developing digital channel materials and services, built on customer insight”. His first project will concern the improvement of customer engagement.

Gait hopes to integrate social media across GSK's pharmaceutical, consumer and corporate divisions.
