McCann Complete Medical US has appointed Dr Leo Francis as executive vice president, based in New Jersey.
He joins the agency from Publicis Healthcare Communications Group, where he was most recently president of Publicis Medical Education Group.
Previously, Francis has been president at Adelphi Eden Health Communications, managing director for OCC Europe and business unit manager at Gardiner-Caldwell Communications.
In his new role, he will be working to expand the agency’s US domestic medical communications capabilities and business, while reporting to McCann Complete Medical’s CEO Charlie Buckwell.
