Creative digital agency earthware has announced the appointment of two new team members, who are taking on senior roles within the company.
Emma Green (pictured left) joins as client excellence director, a role which will see her focused on the customer experience of clients.
Before joining earthware, Green spent five years working at Cogora, an integrated healthcare publisher, agency and insight provider.
At Cogora, she worked in various roles, as commercial director for its publishing division and most recently worked as client services director, working across the agency and insights divisions.
Also strengthening the team is Melanie Charles (pictured right), who has joined as marketing manager.
In this role, she will lead earthware’s marketing strategy and will also play a key role in building integrated marketing campaigns.
Prior to joining earthware, Charles held responsibility for the marketing activities at Domainex, a drug-discovery CRO.
Before Domainex, she led marketing at the Royal Society of Chemistry, as it underwent a significant programme of growth.
“We are thrilled to welcome Emma and Melanie to our team. Their experience and fresh thinking will play a crucial role as we look to establish earthware as the most innovative creative digital agency in healthcare,” said Chris Finch, earthware’s managing director.
