Publicis Healthcare Communications Group (PHCG) has named industry veteran Rick Keefer as global chief business development officer.
Keefer was most recently president and CEO of Publicis Touchpoint Solutions, a division of Publicis focused on ‘cross-channel’ solutions in healthcare.
This appointment, which took place in 2006, was Keefer’s first agency role having previously served as senior VP, commercial operations at Biovail Pharmaceuticals. He also previously spent time at Pharmacia, now part of Pfizer.
