RSA has appointed Andreas Reimer and Ji Kwon (pictured) to strengthen its operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
Reimer joins the life sciences executive search and executive interims firm’s Frankfurt office as a senior consultant.
He has been an executive search consultant in the sector since 1992 and prior to joining RSA he served as client partner and co-head of the global sector of excellence at Alexander Hughes.
Before that he worked as an executive search consultant in life sciences for more than 15 years with three other leading local and international firms.
Meanwhile Ji Kwon joins RSA as an associate consultant and will also be based in its Frankfurt offices.
Prior to joining RSA, she was employed Odgers Berndtson, where she worked on numerous searches within Life Sciences. Kwon also previously worked for a Korean boutique agency with a focus on finding roles in consumer electronics and the automotive industry.
Kristian Juergensen, head of DACH and managing director at RSA Germany, said: “Both appointments reflect an extension of RSA’s abilities, especially in diagnostics and medical devices.
“We had a very strong year last year, and this one is starting well, with a large multi-assignment contract already won. This has allowed us to grow in specific areas.”
