Rubica has poached GlaxoSmithKline’s executive communications and engagement lead Caroline Gosling, who moves to the change management consultancy as its director of culture and engagement.
Gosling’s new role will see her lead Rubica’s capability in employee engagement, with a specific focus on creating the mindsets and cultural change needed for organisations to prevail.
She will also support leaders to create the organisational understanding, belief and behaviour shifts necessary for change to happen effectively and for the long term.
Gosling said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Rubica.
“They are a young, dynamic company tackling a fundamental issue in organisations - bridging the gap between strategy creation and the change required to implement that strategy.”
Prior to her new role, Gosling spent just under five years at pharma giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in a range of business leadership roles across communications, employee engagement, multichannel marketing, government affairs and health policy.
Before her time with GSK, Gosling headed the communications practice at Virgo Health.
