Tonic Life appoints Ann Bartling as European MD

She joins the healthcare PR firm from Edelman

Tonic Life Communications Ann BartlingTonic Life Communications has appointed Ann Bartling as managing director, EU, based at the healthcare public relations and communications agency’s European headquarters in London.

She brings more than 25 years of experience to her new role, most recently gained at Edelman, where she led that agency’s UK and European health practice.

In her new role at Tonic Life Communications Bartling will report directly to the agency’s global CEO Maryellen Royle.

Royle said: “Ann is a welcomed addition to our Tonic global executive team, bringing with her a proven, long- standing career in healthcare communications in Europe and the US.

“We look forward to continuing to boost our Tonic EU presence and service offerings with Ann’s energy and expertise in the healthcare space.”

In her new role Bartling will lead Tonic’s European offering, providing strategic counsel and direction to the Huntsworth Health agency’s diverse healthcare clients and steering its growth.

“I am thrilled to join the Tonic team and look forward to building an expanded offering and presence in Europe. Tonic has a great heritage in Europe and expertise in bringing strategic and creative solutions to health clients,” she said.
