Trio of senior hires joins Syneos Health

Nicky Walsby, Andrew Thomas and Ellie Duncanson-Hunter appointed to its European leadership team

Nicky WalsbySyneos Health Communications has bolstered its European leadership team with the addition of three senior appointments.

Joining the agency as its managing director, public relations is Nicky Walsby, (pictured right) who will oversee the network’s public relations agencies in Europe.

With more than 17 years’ experience in global healthcare strategy and communications for the pharmaceutical and not-for-profit sector, Walsby most recently served as executive director of Health Unlimited.

Andrew ThomasAndrew Thomas (pictured left) also joins the agency and will serve as the head of integrated communications for the EU, partnering with the firm’s customers who work with Syneos for their marketing communications campaigns.

Thomas brings nearly two decades of experience across a range of communications and media relations activities spanning the healthcare sector to the role.

Most recently, Thomas was deputy managing director for Red Door Unlimited.

Finally, Ellie Duncanson-Hunter (pictured below) will oversee brand marketing and external communications, as she becomes the agency’s European marketing manager following her time with Health Unlimited and PMGroup.
