Vynamic, an Inizio Advisory company, has announced the promotion of Gemma Pfister as head of life sciences, Europe.
Pfister holds over two decades of experience in strategy consulting and business development, specialising in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Since 2018, Pfister has worked in a variety of positions at Vynamic, most recently as senior executive and London hub lead. When she first joined the company, she served as an executive.
Prior to Vynamic, Pfister served as senior vice president at InterPhase Consult. Earlier in her career, Pfister spent over a decade at Gardiner-Caldwell Communications, where she most recently served as senior vice president, following on from her positions as vice president, medical and scientific services and team leader, medical and scientific services.
In her new position, Pfister will lead the European practice at Vynamic and will collaborate closely with the company’s senior executive and head of life sciences, Karen Baldry, to expand its US and global footprint.
Commenting on Pfister’s promotion, Jeff Dill, chief executive officer at Vynamic, said the company is “thrilled for [Pfister] to take on this new role”.
