How are global market conditions affecting the individual employees working in the pharma industry?

PMLiVE has covered at length the impact patent losses and healthcare spending cutbacks have had on the industry as a whole, but such an environment impacts more than just company strategy, with salaries, bonuses and benefits all subject to change.

Now our first salary survey, sponsored by Zenopa, provides a detailed look at how employee remuneration and levels of job satisfaction among those working in the industry.
