Endo Health Solutions has chosen Ogilvy Public Relations to represent its pharmaceuticals division.

Ogilvy PR's healthcare practice will provide public relations communications support to Endo Pharmaceuticals in the Men's Health and Pain Management areas of the business, the two organisations have announced.

Its corporate headquarters in Malvern, Philadelphia, Endo Health Solutions is made up of four business segments focused on branded and generic pharmaceuticals, devices and services. Its operating companies are AMS, Endo Pharmaceuticals, HealthTronics and Qualitest.

“Ogilvy offers clients like Endo Pharmaceuticals deep experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector,” said Kate Cronin, global managing director of Ogilvy PR's healthcare practice.

“We are excited to leverage both our passion for and experience in men's health and pain management, to help Endo take its brands to the next level.”

Blaine Davis, senior vice president, corporate affairs, Endo, said that his company was pleased to have chosen Ogilvy to provide PR support.

“Ogilvy's healthcare expertise, combined with its global network and resources, make this the right partnership as Endo broadens its reach in branded pharmaceuticals," he added.

Ogilvy PR is a global, multi-disciplinary communications leader operating in more than 85 offices across six continents. In 2013, for the second consecutive year, Ogilvy was named Cannes Lions Network of the Year and Most Effective Agency Network by the Effie Global Effectiveness Index.
