Neon has named Harrison and Star's former president Mardene Miller (pictured above) as its new co-managing director.

Neon, which is located in New York, US, is a full-service agency specialising in multichannel marketing, strategic planning and health literacy.

It has a workforce of around 175 employees and operates under the FCB Health Network umbrella.

Miller will lead the 175-workforce agency alongside Kevin McHale, who is also the creative chief.

He said: “Neon is continuing its upward trajectory into 2019. With this redoubled focus in executive management and our commitment to creativity there is no doubt that we will continue to enjoy double digit growth and continue to offer our full service expertise to all brands in need of strategic, creative and account excellence.”

Neon has most recently secured an account win with ColoGuard, a co-promotion initative with Exact Sciences and Pfizer.

In addition, 2018 saw an influx of several new business wins for the agency, which included AbbVie and Flexion.

Regarding her new role at Neon, Miller said: “I am excited to join this exceptional Network, which is setting the bar for creativity and is spearheaded by such a dynamic leader in Dana Maiman.”
