Foundry3 set sights on tailored patient support programmes

Agency partners with ERT to improve health outcomes

Matt Baker and Alex Butler

Hoping to bolster its patient support offering through the use of adaptive digital initiatives, Foundry3, a creative, science and innovation agency has teamed up with data and tech group ERT.

The new partnership involves the creation of “tailored” digital health programmes that – the companies say – will improve the clinical outcomes by “providing support to patients throughout their healthcare journeys”.

Alex Butler, co-founder of Foundry3, said: “By partnering with ERT, we leverage their 50 years of scientific, clinical and technology expertise to provide the global scale, structure and governance needed to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s growing demand for more effective global patient support programmes.”

Foundry3 will bring its patient behaviours knowledge to ERT’s expertise in delivering regulatory-compliant drug development and patient support solutions for the pharmaceutical industry.

Tim Davis, vice president, digital patient, ERT, said: “In order to optimise treatment effect and improve quality of life, support programmes must be built around patients’ needs, a critical factor that’s been missing from some of the industry’s digital health initiatives.

“Together with Foundry3, we are able to deliver tailored support programs that patients value because they’re built with patient insight and will truly improve people’s lives.”

Foundry3, which opened its doors earlier this year, has been catapulting out digital initiatives as of late, especially since the launch of Innovation Foundry, which founders Butler and Matt Baker says is the world’s first independent digital health laboratory.
