Health Unlimited partners with digital agency Propeller Communications

Propeller will move from its New Jersey and Manhattan offices to Health Unlimited's New York base

health unlimitedHealth Unlimited has signed a partnership agreement with New York-based specialist healthcare digital firm Propeller Communications.

The agreement will see them refer clients to each other and jointly pitching for both pan-European and US business.

Propeller specialises in health-related design and the building of web and mobile-based activities, including 3D and medical animation, live video production and experimenting with new ways to communicate to healthcare professionals and consumers.

The agency will move its studio and creative offering to Health Unlimited, the healthcare marketing communications division of Creston, whose US offices are also in New York.

Catherine Warne, Health Unlimited’s chief executive, said: “I am delighted to have formalised our working partnership with Propeller. Working with them in recent months has been dynamic and fun.

“It completes our ambition to have excellence in all elements of the healthcare marketing mix on both sides of the Atlantic. Propeller will operate with us under our Unlimited suffix to clearly demonstrate the strength in our partnership.”

The partnership will further boost Creston Group’s UK and US presence in health, which already derives a third of its revenue from digital activities.

Health Unlimited companies in the US such as Cooney Waters Unlimited, Alembic Unlimited and Corkery Group Unlimited have already worked successfully with Propeller Communications, the group said.

Charlie Flax, founder and president of Propeller Communications, added: “We have been looking for the right partner to help take us to the next phase of our company journey.

“During our first engagement, I knew this was more than a logical partnership it was deeper. Both parties share a similar drive and passion for excellence.”

Just last month, Creston acquired London-based digital design and development agency How Splendid, whose clients include Barclaycard, eBay and News UK.
