London, UK-based healthcare communications and public relations group, Huntsworth has acquired three creative agencies - WRG, The Moment and Just Communicate - collectively known as The Creative Engagement.
The group has settled on a consideration of £24.7m - which will be financed through Huntsworth’s existing facilities - for the entire share capital of TCEG from funds managed by LDC Limited and members of TCEG’s management team.
The addition of TCEG - a group known for providing experiential marketing to mostly healthcare clients through events and digital, including virtual and augmented reality - will further Huntsworth’s ability to provide digital creativity to its clients.
The acquisition will also allow TCEG to benefit from access to Huntsworth’s existing healthcare clients and the TCEG management team - led by chief executive officer Russ Lidstone and chief operational officer David Sharrock - will remain with the business.
