IQVIA launches content management solution

ePromo will manage regulated content for life science organisations

IQVIAContract research and technology solutions group IQVIA has launched a new content management solution to support the life science industry with its regulated content.

ePromo, a cloud-based solution said to “simplify” and “accelerate” promotional and non-promotional material, will serve organisations across its content cycle of creation, approval, dissemination and withdrawal.

According to IQVIA, an increasing demand from healthcare professionals and other stakeholders is a challenge for the industry, especially with content often being delayed and costly due to compliance issues.

ePromo addresses this challenge, it says, as the programme increases workflow management of approval processes and includes features such as role-based dashboards, reporting capabilities and digital asset curation.

Tal Rosenberg, senior vice president, global technology solutions, IQVIA, said: “We developed ePromo as part of IQVIAs integrated commercial technology suite, which is designed to help our customers transform to an orchestrated model as they engage customers.

“It offers a superior alternative to other commercial content management products, providing a more compelling end user experience through an advanced dashboard, streamlined processes, and meaningful reporting that drives enhanced understanding as to what’s working and what’s not.”

ePromo was specifically designed for IQVIA’s Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) – its commercial technology solution – and its new offering will boost IQVIA’s solutions across clinical, regulatory and commercial.
