Iroko Cardio International, the Swiss pharmaceutical company, has adopted Veeva's cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) system to support its representatives in nine European countries.
As a multi-tenant SaaS application built in the cloud, Veeva CRM requires no hardware or software to purchase, scale, or maintain. It also provides free, automatic upgrades. Changes can be made to the system quickly, without user retraining or additional third-party costs.
Juergen Guenther, vice president of customer operations at Iroko, said: "I've lived through several CRM implementations before and the 'sell' to end users was never easy. I'm pleased to say that the feedback on Veeva's system has been very positive," he said.
