Ogilvy Healthworld UK has appointed Matt de Gruchy as CEO with immediate effect. He assumes responsibility for the continued growth of the company and succeeds Lois Hall who has led the company for two years.

De Gruchy has worked for Ogilvy Healthworld for 14 years and most recently held the roles of group director of client services and managing director of public relations.
Hall has been appointed to global planning director for Ogilvy Healthworld while continuing to provide senior level client counsel on key international accounts.
Gibbons said of Hall: "Lois has done a fantastic job in leading the Ogilvy Healthworld UK business over the last two years and delivering a great performance as a key global hub in our network. Lois is renowned throughout the industry as a thought leader in healthcare communications and we are delighted that she will grow our strategic and consultancy-led offer in her new remit."
In addition to the restructure of the leadership of Ogilvy Healthworld UK, Antonia Betts, head of public relations and Tracey Wood, head of medical education are promoted to join the Ogilvy Healthworld UK board.
