MSI appoints Steve Mather as partner

Former UK business unit director at Sanofi to help with consultancy firm’s global expansion plans

Steve Mather - MSI ConsultancyThe MSI Consultancy has appointed former Sanofi UK core brands business unit director Steve Mather as a partner.

Mather has been at the firm, which offers bespoke consultancy and guidance for pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, since September 2011 when he joined as associate senior consultant.

He spent over 17 years with Sanofi, holding several roles in sales, marketing and business development, including UK marketing director and senior marketing director – global marketing.

Mather also has previous experience working for both Serono as a product manager and Rhone-Poulenc Rorer (now part of Sanofi) in various sales and marketing roles.

“Steve is an experienced leader with significant pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience in both UK and international roles,” said MSI's managing director Jon Bircher.

“This appointment represents another significant step forward in our global growth plans and continues to enhance our growing international consultancy team.”
