Paramount Recruitment reveals Communiqué Casino winners

Bayer’s Chris Henry and Edelman’s Nilüfer Münür win the prizes

Pharmaceutical recruitment agency Paramount Recruitment has revealed the biggest winners from its sponsored casino at the Communiqué awards, which were held in June.

The first prize was won by Bayer’s Chris Henry (pictured below), who racked up £2,300 from his initial stake of 80 Parapounds, Paramount’s fictional currency.

He was presented with £400-worth of red letter day vouchers to spend in a team event.

Henry said: “After the awards ceremony it was great to have a form of entertainment where I could chat and network with other attendees.

“I played blackjack and managed to get on a run of hands which built up my stake.  I felt I had a good grasp of the “theories” of how to beat the dealer and fortunately the cards kept being kind to me!”

The second prize of a £150 individual red letter day was won by Edelman’s Nilüfer Münür, who tallied up a total of £890 from her £80 Parapounds.

She said: “The casino roulette table was a fun thing to do once the awards had finished.  It was a great surprise to hear I had got the prize and I look forward to picking my red letter day.”

This was the first year that Paramount Recruitment had sponsored the casino at the Communiqué Awards.

Daniel Clifton, managing director of Paramount, said: “The Communiqué Awards is an excellent event to socialise and network with people who are passionate about healthcare communications and this was an opportunity to highlight how dedicated we are to this great sector.”
