Stepping up for Leeds Mind

On 31st August 2018 the team at Mednet Group walked 27.5km across Yorkshire and raised £1,713.00 for local charity, Leeds Mind. A charity which promotes positive mental health and wellbeing and provides support to those who need it.

The Mednet Group consists of Attigo CIC and Mednet Ltd, two healthcare communications agencies focused on putting the patient first. Established in 2008, Mednet Group has grown into an award-winning organisation with a prestigious client base across multiple therapy areas, operating in the UK and EMEA. Currently working with top 20 pharmaceutical companies, this fast-growing agency, based in Headingley, are proving to be a hub of creativity who are strongly invested in their local community.

Attigo CIC is a social enterprise that has the social aim of employing people who may struggle to gain employment because of, long-term health conditions, including mental health issues.  Attigo CIC have not only raised money for Leeds Mind, they also work with the charity to employ people with mental health issues and help get them back into the workplace.


Kate Goldring, Business Development Director from Leeds Mind said “We are thrilled to have the support of Mednet Group, an organisation heavily involved in our work through our employment service, Workplace Leeds. They have set themselves a real challenge as well as smashing their fundraising target, we can’t say thank you enough for their ongoing support. Good luck to all the team!”
