IGNIFI ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP TEAM FOR NEXT PHASE OF GROWTH

Creative healthcare marketing agency IGNIFI has announced its new senior leadership team, which includes the appointment of a new Managing Director for 2023 to lead the business into its next phase of growth and development.

Creative healthcare marketing agency IGNIFI has announced its new senior leadership team, which includes the appointment of a new Managing Director for 2023 to lead the business into its next phase of growth and development.

IGNIFI was acquired by marketing agency group, Selbey Anderson, two years ago, and as part of a planned succession, long-standing Managing Director, Dave Watson, will now hand over to John Horn.

As the company’s former Operations Director, John has been a fundamental part of IGNIFI’s ongoing success and growth for more than 20 years. He will be supported in his new role by an expert leadership team, which includes Group Account Director, Sarah Thompson; Strategic Healthcare Director, Joe McCarthy; Digital Director, Craig Lambert; and Finance Director, Ruth Green.

“I am delighted that this special agency, which myself and others have dedicated many years to building, is in safe and capable hands, ready for further growth in 2023 and beyond,” commented Dave Watson. “It’s been a privilege to work alongside colleagues and clients that make a real difference to the lives of people and animals. Since 2020, IGNIFI has benefited from an increase in demand from its healthcare clients for creative and marketing campaigns in digital formats. Healthcare and pharmaceutical brands have seen a rapid digital transformation across the industry and the need for agencies, like IGNIFI, to support them to stay at the forefront of creative and digital communications has never been greater. Over the course of 2022, IGNIFI has expanded its client portfolio and continued to expand its team of talented experts, increasing the agency headcount to 30 members of staff to support client needs and future growth.

John Horn, IGNIFI’s new Managing Director commented:
