TRIO OF HIRES SIGNAL PEGASUS' NORTHERN GRIT

Growth trend continues at ‘health first, sector second’ agency

Pegasus, an Ashfield company, part of UDG Healthcare plc, has announced further growth of its Pharma and Life Sciences division with the appointment of three new team members to its northern base in Macclesfield.

Kesha Tansey, Account Director, joins from within Ashfield. Formerly of Zoetic Science and GCC, she will lead integrated communications programmes with teams situated in both Macclesfield and at Pegasus’ Brighton HQ.

She is joined by newly appointed Senior Account Executive, Trystan George, who moves from The Scott Partnership and Billy Johnson, who arrives from Langland as Account Executive.

Jo Spadaccino, Board Director and Head of Pharma & Life Sciences, commented: “Our Macclesfield office was only launched in the spring, but our unique proposition is already attracting fantastic candidates from around the north-west. I’m really looking forward to working with Kesha, Trystan and Billy, along with our existing Macclesfield team members, to continue shaping the direction of our new hub.”

The hires illustrate Pegasus’ continued expansion –
the firm has built a total team of 114 people who operate under its ‘inspiring healthy decisions’ mission. The agency’s capability now spans research & insights, strategic planning, media & influencer relations, creative services, digital & social marketing and corporate services.

For example, our developers have recently been doing some amazing working with VR technology. Earlier this month, Pegasus scooped an award for ‘Excellence In Integrated Product/Brand Communications’ at the 2017 Communiqué ceremony for its work on Thornton & Ross’s Cetraben ‘More Than Just a Cream’ campaign. Since 2016, Pegasus has received five ‘Consultancy of the Year’ titles across global markets and disciplines.
