Delphi Technique Virtual Co-creation: A Customer Story

How a client leveraged the Delphi technique to co-create a consensus statement and algorithm using virtual touchpoints.

In this customer story, we show how our client leveraged Impetus Digital’s cutting-edge virtual tools and comprehensive digital and strategic services to organize a national virtual working group comprising 10 participants (medical oncologists and pathologists).

The client’s main objectives were to:

  1. Determine the current barriers to biomarker testing and biomarker-based treatment for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), including differences in regional access and reimbursement and other pain points during the patient journey.
  2. Leverage the Delphi technique to co-create a consensus statement and algorithm on the place of biomarkers in the diagnosis, staging, treatment, and management of NSCLC using virtual touchpoints.
  3. Plan a publication based on the consensus algorithm.
