Digital Content Council: A Customer Story

Real-world methodology & results from hosting an ongoing, nationwide Digital Content Council…

Using a mix of several synchronous (real-time) and asynchronous (over-time, anytime) virtual tools, all available on the same, comprehensive online collaboration platform, our client hosted a 10-month-long Digital Content Council with 8 headache specialists from across the US.

The client’s main objectives were to:

  1. Engage headache specialists on a monthly basis to review marketing and patient education resources and drafts asynchronously.
  2. Leverage a variety of cutting-edge virtual tools to gather targeted and collaborative feedback and insights, while avoiding digital collaboration fatigue.
  3. Conduct quarterly synchronous meetings to gain group consensus on the materials reviewed.
  4. Create close relationships with their top key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the process.
