Impetus Digital’s Virtual Learning Programs named PM360’s Most Innovative Services of 2022

- PMLiVE

About the Award

Toronto, ON, December 15, 2022 PM360, a leading trade magazine for marketing decision-makers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostics industries, has named Impetus Digital’s Virtual Learning Programs as one of the most Innovative Services of 2022.

This past year, the Impetus team developed several new tools and services designed specifically for virtual learning, training, and medical education programs. Clients can choose from a variety of asynchronous and synchronous virtual tools to design one-of-a-kind, highly customized learning experiences.

Among the new programs is the Online Community Board offering, which helps facilitate ongoing collaboration and knowledge-sharing among HCPs, payers, patients, or internal stakeholders. Unlike other discussion boards on the market, this solution is designed to function both as a stand-alone program and as an extension to other learning programs conducted on the Impetus InSite Platform®, allowing deeper discussions and follow-up to unanswered questions in a safe, centralized online space.

A second–highly innovative–offering that was recognized by PM360 is Impetus’ Virtual Ambassador Programs wherein three to four key opinion leaders (KOLs) participate as faculty to attend a congress and summarize key abstracts of interest to HCPs from their country or specialty. Impetus then creates multiple outputs from these summaries, including video vignettes, podcast episodes, slide deck summaries, infographic-style digital handouts, and more.

“When used together with our signature “White-Glove™” professional services, our multi-award-winning virtual platform–the Impetus InSite Platform®–can be used for hundreds of different virtual insight-gathering, peer influence, and unaccredited medical education programs,’ explains Vaska Hamanova, Global Business Development Director at Impetus Digital. “Our Ambassador program is a great example of how we can help clients engage and educate their key stakeholders in an innovative, creative way.”

Impetus Digital’s Virtual Learning Programs was selected as part of PM360’s 11th Annual Innovations Issue published each December. This issue was established to serve as a guide to the year’s most innovative Companies, Startups, Divisions, Products, Services, and Strategies from within the healthcare and life sciences industries. This comprehensive overview of the year’s most innovative achievements in these six categories helps other companies in the industry to find potential partners and offerings that can help them advance healthcare and life sciences.“

Our goal for this year’s edition of our annual Innovations Issue was to highlight those in our industry who continue to think big as we emerge from the impact of the pandemic,” says Anna Stashower, CEO, Publisher, and Editor-in-Chief of PM360. “Each of this year’s selections fulfills that goal by delivering big ideas that are resulting in exciting developments across the industry, which can include new therapies, healthcare technology, marketing solutions, clinical trial programs, methods to boost adherence, and much more.”

PM360 received hundreds of submissions from across the healthcare and life sciences industries. The editorial staff of PM360 evaluated each submission and selected their picks for the most innovative, regardless of category. Ultimately, 46 total innovations were featured in the issue. Within the Service category, a total of 6 services were featured.
