Lucid Group becomes a sponsor of MedComms Networking

To help Lucid access the valuable medical communications professional network they have become a sponsor of MedComms Networking, headed by Peter Llewellyn. Jan Steele (Co-founder and COO of Lucid Group) commented, “Our organisation has experienced rapid growth over the last 10 years. Attracting, developing and nurturing our talented people has been key to our success. However, over the last year, finding experienced medical writers has become particularly difficult. Becoming part of Peter’s professional network is a great opportunity to not only become more involved in the medical communications community as a whole, but also become more visible as an agency where talented medical writers seeking a better work–life balance want to be.”

Earlier this month Lucid Group launched its recruitment campaign for attracting experienced world-class medical writers by offering them tailor-made employment packages. Daniel Newbury, Lucid’s Talent Acquisition Manager, explains: “We want to give experienced medical writers the opportunity to define the framework of their Lucid Life contract – from everyday experiences, to career progression and job flexibility. We are the only healthcare agency to offer employees bespoke packages that are designed for them alone.”
