Thriving businesses often meet unique challenges when transitioning from a start-up to an established medium-sized company. With its numerous successes and exponential expansion over the last ten years, Lucid recognise that its human resources department must also grow. Consequently Isabel Smith has been appointed to act as the company’s Head of Operations and Facilities.

In her role, Isabel will work to streamline and improve facilities services across all Lucid Group business sites in the UK and US. She will also facilitate the new agile working policy, such that employees can request ad hoc, regular or permanent mobile working arrangements, or a blend of these. Isabel will also lead the roll out of the new hot-desking policy across all locations.

Having run her own businesses in the wedding industry, both planning luxury weddings around the world and as the UK’s first wedding-specific business consultant, Isabel is looking forward to bringing her exceptional organisational skills to the company. “I have joined Lucid at such and exciting time for its employees. I love the flexibility it offers, and my role will be pivotal in ensuring Lucid has the right environment and infrastructure to ensure everyone can execute the #LucidLife they desire.”
