Lucid Group celebrate 9 years of changing patients’ lives

March 3, 2016 |

Lucid Group had fun and games celebrating their nine year anniversary in their London offices last week. Lucid has grown from the two founders working out of a basement to an organisation that now boasts 3 UK offices and one in New York, employing almost 100 people. This extraordinary growth means Lucid is now the largest independent medical education consultancy in the UK. However, Co-founders Dennis O’Brien (CEO) and Jan Steele (COO) still have a very hands-on approach to the business, with an open-door policy to all their employees.

Jan Steele commented “When we started in 2007 we could not have imagined the journey that lay ahead. Our growth and success confirms that there was an unmet need for an organisation that looked beyond message delivery, and a team that could work in true partnership with medical experts and clients to deliver education that demonstrably improves outcomes. Everyone at Lucid is driven by the same passion to make a difference to patients’ lives, and as we grow, it’s this that defines our unique culture. Dennis and I are proud to work with some of the brightest minds around. We understand that without the dedication of these talented individuals, we could not have had the same success.”

Lucid Group’s winning formula has been continually recognised by industry, with 5 Communiqué awards and 5 PMEAs under their belt so far. With so much achieved already and the continued growth of Lucid’s UK and international operations, we look forward to an exciting future.
