Lucid Group opens our new space in Marlow

- PMLiVE

This week marks an important step for everyone here at Lucid Group, as we re-open our premises in the UK and US and evolve to a hybrid way of working. This includes the opening of our new space in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, which replaces our original HQ in Loudwater – Lucid Towers, which was Lucid’s home since it was founded in 2007.

The opening of these workspaces will allow more ways for our colleagues to reconnect and collaborate with each other and with clients. The workspaces will also provide people with a chance to have a change of venue. Lucid has always operated by offering very fluid and agile ways of working for our employees, so the move to a hybrid approach is not anything new for them. Although, of course, all work and collaboration spaces will continue to operate within the COVID guidelines to safeguard our people.

Dennis O’Brien, Lucid CEO, commented, “Although we’ve worked brilliantly through lockdown,  the opening of our premises, both old and new, will facilitate new ways of collaboration and innovation. It also provides all the new, talented people who have joined us through lockdown with the opportunity to contribute, with their whole selves, towards building Lucid’s culture – a culture where people have always been at the heart of what we do and who we are.”

Lucid Group are always looking for talented people to join our organisation. So, if you’re looking for an organisation that puts their people first – by encouraging their colleagues to create ways of working that benefits them – get in touch.

Please check out our most recent job openings on Linkedin or contact one of our talent acquisition managers, Dan or Lucinda.

The address for Lucid’s new Marlow work space is: First Floor, Jubilee House, Third Avenue, Globe Park, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1EY
