There’s never a dull moment at Lucid Group

Andrea Hamlin, Angela Tye-Galichet, Emma Herring and Ify Onyeaso were all treated to a fabulous lunch with the Lucid Co-Founders, Dennis O’Brien and Jan Steele in celebration of their 5 year work anniversary. It has become a Lucid tradition that all employees receive a carriage clock, champagne, flowers and a special lunch after 5 years of service. Lucid have worked hard to build a company culture where its employees feel valued, and this is clearly reflected by their retention figures: over 20% of employees have been post for 5 years or more.

Andrea Hamlin, Programme Director commented “I joined Lucid because I was looking for an innovative and dynamic company and I have not been disappointed. Whilst I have seen the company grow exponentially, many of the original people who started at the same time as Lucid was founded 9 years ago are still here which is indicative of what an amazing place this is to work; you never not stop learning, developing and having fun.”
