Your career starts here

- PMLiVE
When working in medical communications, one of the most common questions we get asked is “What is it that you actually do?” Many students and graduates are unaware of medical communications as a viable career after finishing their undergraduate or postgraduate studies. For this reason, at Lucid Group we have doubled our efforts to recruit fresh talent through graduate recruitment fairs this summer.

We are seeking ambitious, scientifically curious graduates looking for a fast-tracked career within medical communications.

Our Futures programme offers graduates tailored development plans and mentorship, providing constant support to ensure you achieve your goals and fulfil your potential. The rotation scheme provides opportunities to experience a variety of projects in numerous therapy areas, allowing you to fully understand our business and consistently be challenged and stimulated.

Kicking off with the Summer Careers Fair at the University of Warwick, Lucid’s dynamic culture, mission to change patients’ lives, and excellent career development opportunities garnered plenty of interest from students. Stefanie Knappe, Senior Futures Executive at Lucid, says “In a field as specialised as medical communications, it can be hard for recent graduates to gain a footing. Since I joined Lucid, I have had many great opportunities to work on a variety of projects and to develop my skillset. Everybody here wants to make sure I get the best learning experience to achieve my career goals.”

Lucid are attending several other recruitment fairs throughout the summer – please come see us at one of the dates below if you would like to talk to us about your career opportunities with us!

  • 6th June 2017: Summer Graduate and Internship Fair, Oxford University
  • 7th June 2017: Summer Careers Fair, University College London
  • 27th June 2017: Summer Graduate Recruitment Fair, Cambridge University

So if you’re a scientifically curious graduate and you want to work with the best, please contact Dan by email or give him a call.Email: Daniel@lucid-group.co.uk Tel: 01494 755495
