Team Updates from Adelphi

Kirsty Hope joins us as Associate Director.
Kirsty has worked in pharma research for the past 9 years and has led multiple projects in qualitative and quantitative methodologies. She has recently completed a Masters in Health Psychology and has a keen interest in behavioural economics and how we interpret and action our findings.
Her role at Adelphi includes making key contributions to the market access team and applying her widespread therapy area knowledge, especially in MS and rare diseases. In her spare time, you'll find Kirsty walking in the countryside, at her local pub or experimenting in the kitchen!

Parisa Valadan joins us as Research Executive.
Parisa recently graduated with a first-class degree in BSc (Hons) Medical Sciences from the University of Leeds, where she was selected to spend her third year studying at the University of Sydney. A familiar face to Adelphi, she spent two summer placements with us whilst studying. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, as well as cooking and baking.

Lianne Hitchen has been promoted to UK Operations Team Lead.
Lianne will be increasing her responsibility for the day-to-day management of our supplier network, looking at new technologies and ways of working, as well as coaching and mentoring other team members.

Seb Newton has been promoted to Research Executive (Grade 2). Being promoted after just 9 months with Adelphi is testament to his highly professional, can-do attitude and his willingness to support the team and exceed our clients’ expectations.
