Hamell celebrate creativity! Orrin Pollard selected as juror at the 2017 Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity

Every year, the Cannes Lions Festival brings together the world’s most inventive, talented and inspirational people to examine and celebrate the power of creativity as a force for good.

Hamell are delighted to announce that our Executive Creative Director, Orrin Pollard, has been selected as a juror for the Cannes Lions Health and Wellness awards, which celebrates creative innovation in the promotion of personal wellbeing. Orrin and his fellow jurors will be tasked with judging the very best creative work which publicly educates, and promotes non-prescription products, allows self-diagnosis or facilitates pro-active personal care.

Reflecting on his appointment as a juror at Cannes Lions, Orrin said: “I must say how honoured I feel about being asked to be a member of the 2017 Health and Wellness jury for Cannes Lions Health. Creating inspiring work in the health care space has been (and will always be) a challenge; nevertheless, time and time again, creative teams from across the world come up with ideas and executions that are as motivating as they are innovative. Over the last few years, Cannes Lions health have played an important part in consistently raising the bar for health care communications. I am very much looking forward to reviewing and discussing this year’s entries with my fellow jury members.”
