Porterhouse Medical Hub, Nottingham: The latest development for the Porterhouse Medical Group

As part of our continued expansion and the expansion of imc group, Porterhouse Medical Group, global insight-led scientific and medical communications agency, is delighted to announce the opening of our latest office, the Porterhouse Medical Hub in Nottingham, UK.
Having opened on 1 September 2020, the Nottingham-based team is currently made up of four Medical Writers, one Editor and two Account Managers. The new team members have strong scientific backgrounds and collectively possess a number of masters degrees, medical degrees and PhDs, which will ensure that we can continue to exceed our clients’ expectations. The new hub will collaborate with and work closely alongside our other offices, both in the UK and in the US, to strengthen our powerful insight-led healthcare communications offering.
Because of the current COVID-19 situation, Porterhouse has been extremely careful with the set-up of the new space and will treat the office as a hub for socially distanced on-site training, meetings and the exchanging of ideas. The new team members have been offered a hybrid approach to working, with the flexibility to work from home and to join meetings physically or virtually to get the support they need.
The new office is based in MediCity (close to the centre of Nottingham), which is part of the BioCity collection of science parks across the UK. The office building is an Art Deco Grade 1 listed building, which houses a large number of science start-ups – many of which are carrying out cutting-edge research in the on-site labs, which is an excellent environment to nourish our innovative approach to healthcare communications.
