World Mental Health Day 2019: Employment and Mental Illness

Mednet Group's white paper with a focus on navigating the world of work is available online in aid of World Mental Health Day 2019.

Mednet Groups' Associate Medical Writer, Holly Ross, has written and updated a research document in the field of employment and mental illness for release on World Mental Health Day 2019. The document includes research into the difficulties with the application, interview and retaining employment in the UK, with case studies included from people with lived experience.

The paper is designed to highlight any problem areas in which employers could potentially improve the process to create a more inclusive employment process and to identify what facilities there are available to those with difficulties.
