Cuttsy+Cuttsy named one of the Best Places to Work 2019 by Campaign

11 March 2019—Cuttsy+Cuttsy are honoured and extremely proud to be named one of the 50 Best Places to Work in 2019 by Campaign. The results were announced on 6^th March at a drinks reception held at The Club at The Ivy in Covent Garden, London.

The rankings were calculated using the findings of a survey managed by Best Companies Group.  The survey took place in late 2018, and not only involved an in-depth review of the agency, but also an anonymous questionnaire completed by every employee.

Co-Founder Mathew Cutts said, ‘It seems a long time ago since I was at art school and we used to go off to the library to seek out the A3 size Campaign magazine  to find out the latest industry news. Now, sitting at my desk, the company we have built over the last eight years is hitting the virtual magazine headlines for being one of the best agencies to work for. I am absolutely thrilled to be in the top 20.

‘It’s really interesting to see what other agencies are up to and it helps us improve further. We are glad to see the emphasis on staff wellbeing in this year’s top 50.  The days of through-the-night working and long hours as medals of honour must be put in the past – it’s not productive. What is also great to see is many other agencies recognised for actually doing something about outdated working practices and not just talking about it. This latest achievement, as well as our CPD Gold awards from the IPA and Workingmums awards, cements our belief in building an environment where people matter.’
