emotive and Novo Nordisk win Special Judges’ Award for Innovation in Healthcare Communications at Communiqué 2014

Interactive patient case-study workshop Decisions in Time, developed for Novo Nordisk, won prestigious Judges’ Award at Communiqué 2014

emotive are immensely proud to announce that their interactive patient case-study workshop, Decisions in Time (DIT), developed for Novo Nordisk, won the Judges' Special Award for Innovation in Healthcare communications at the Communiqué Awards.

The awards, held at the Grosvenor Hotel in London on 3rd July 2014, saw Decisions in Time as a finalist in two categories (‘Excellence in Digital Communications’ and ‘Excellence in Communications via Meetings’) and winner for the prestigious Judges’ Award, which recognises innovation and excellence in healthcare communications in European and international markets.

The Judges commented: “This entry really pushed the boundaries in terms of how pharma uses digital and made nice use of technology to bring the patient perspective to life in a reproducible way that provided consistency of message. The mannequins are a fun and engaging way of bringing the usually boring KOL ‘head and shoulder video’ to life. A great example of injecting innovation into a classic meeting setting.

Chris Edmonds, Managing Director at emotive, said “This recognition for our unique combination of digital innovation, outstanding client services and healthcare expertise will reinforce our commitment to delivering our clients impactful and effective solutions that simultaneously drive innovation in healthcare communications

emotive are thrilled to continue their success at these awards, having won ‘Excellence in Patient Programmes’ at last years event, with their patient support app ‘MyAsthma’.
