Porterhouse Medical appoints a new talent manager

- PMLiVE

Porterhouse Medical is delighted to welcome Talent Manager, Jan Coetzee, to the team to manage and lead the recruitment and personnel development requirements of our international scientific and medical  communications agency.

Over the past 15 years, Porterhouse has spent a lot of time and energy bringing on board the right people; we believe that it is our people who give the agency its culture and values.

Porterhouse is a happy place to work. We value our staff and want to provide them with a rewarding and progressive career, both financially and intellectually, in an open environment with a good work–life balance, including flexible and remote working opportunities.

Our approach to all aspects of our work, including recruitment, training and appraisals, is based around our values, which are embedded in our daily working lives and form our PATH:

Proud and passionate, we are Porterhouse

A shared spirit of entrepreneurship and ambition

Together as a family, we grow and flourish

Humour and happiness in our working lives

The Porterhouse values go further than this and shape our vision: ‘Developing a shared vision with our partners to deliver programmes to improve people’s lives’. This reflects the close bonds we form with our colleagues and clients, no matter where they are located across the globe.

Joint founder and Managing Director, Jon Hallows commented: “Whilst recognising our need to grow, Porterhouse Medical is steadfast in its determination not to lose the essence of what makes the company a great place to work: our people. Jan has extensive experience in talent management both in and out of the med comms industry, and we hope that this is a challenge that she will embrace with passion and pride.”
