The Creative Engagement Group

Today’s world is faster, more complex and more connected, where many old assumptions no longer apply.

But despite this ever-changing landscape, we still need to deliver business results and in order to do so, engage effectively with all stakeholders - customers, employees, partners, societies. Engage in a way that drives lasting change.

Today’s challenges need a new solution. A flexible ecosystem of specialists, working together to solve problems in a pragmatic way, that is creatively ambitious and impacts the business.

The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) is a communications group that creates experiences that inspire lasting change. Exceptional experiences that engage people, change mindsets and behaviour, enrich cultures, increase skills and drive overall business performance.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Being a better, responsible business, is one of our strategic tenets. Our family values guide our approach to employee engagement and feed into our ‘working groups’ who are committed to building corporate citizenship: DE&I; Wellbeing; Environmental; Community and Business Ethics.

We recently achieved a Gold award for the second year running in Mind’s Workplace Wellbeing Index for our sustained commitment to mental health and wellbeing.

Our DE&I CoE (Centre of Excellence) at The Creative Engagement Group (spearheaded by our employee engagement division Forty1) is a leading example of business and morals intertwining harmoniously. Our DE&I CoE is forward-thinking in its approach, tackling issues holistically to achieve a greater impact, rather than focusing on individual issues at a time. Our core philosophy is ‘Applied’ DE&I, harnessing the power of DE&I to shape key moments of truth across the employee experience, creating sustainable engagement and lasting change – for our own people and for our clients. Our employees recently rated the inclusivity of our culture 4.7 out of 6. We strive to improve on this now and for the future.

Other commitments include:

  • Helping the Creative Mentor Network enable people from lower socio-economic backgrounds to flourish in the creative industry.
  • A founding member of isla (https://weareisla.co.uk/) and being an early adopter of its new TRACE tool to create sustainable events.
  • Becoming an official contributing partner to TRANSFORM - a unique global initiative which supports social entrepreneurs in Africa and South Asia to deliver products and services that help improve the lives of low-income households.
