Laurence Bannister joins Lucid Group as its new Chief Commercial Officer

Laurence brings a track record of success from 22 years’ experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare – across affiliate, regional and global commercial roles – with the last 9 years being at STEM Healthcare. In this last role, Laurence joined as one of the first employees, and was part of the team that drove growth across 40+ markets and worked with the top 30 pharma companies globally.

“I am absolutely delighted to join Lucid. I have seen from the outside, the phenomenal journey Lucid has been on since it was founded in 2007. I have seen the passionate focus on transforming lives – delivered through highly differentiated and outstanding programmes focussed on improving health outcomes, to the development of its internal teams. Lucid is always seeking to excel in everything it does.

The hugely exciting future plans, inspirational vision of its leaders, continued passion for excellence and its compelling purpose, are completely aligned to my personal values and drivers – and are the reasons I am so delighted to join.

To our internal teams and to our clients (both current and future), what will I bring? My biggest driver for working in healthcare is ultimately helping more patients get better treatment. My overall goal in this job is therefore straightforward: to give 150% of my effort to the business, its people and our clients – leveraging my experience in helping our internal teams and clients to continue to accelerate the transformation of lives on the next exciting phase of the Lucid journey.”

Dennis O’Brien, Lucid Group CEO, commented, “We are excited to welcome Laurence to the organisation. Together we will work towards achieving a new and exciting future for Lucid Group as we continue to grow and build new capabilities. With Laurence’s exceptional leadership skills and industry expertise, we will quickly progress to new heights, whilst we continue to deliver value for our clients with life-transforming healthcare communication solutions.”
