Leading Edge, a Lucid Group company, is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Lead Client Partnership Director, Frances O’Connor.
Frances is an experienced strategic healthcare communicator with expertise in growing businesses alongside identifying opportunities for efficiency and innovation. She is adept at making the complicated simple.
Frances previously held the position of Managing Director at Digital Medical Communications (DMC) Ltd., an EPG Health Group company, where she created an agency focussed solely on ‘21st Century’ Medical Communications. Her interests include focussed storytelling, message amplification using appropriate channels and ensuring that communication programmes are able to achieve dynamic, adaptive responses to digital metrics, thereby facilitating behavioural change. She has an excellent scientific grounding, having – over a decade in medical communication – worked in positions from Medical Writer to Scientific Services Director.
