Lucid Group scoop a win and a high commendation at Communiqué 2020

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Communiqué awards was a virtual ceremony,
celebrating some of the most inspiring work and people in medical communications.

Lucid Group were delighted to come away from the awards with a win and a high commendation, both in the category of 'Excellence in Global Education Meetings/Stand-Alone Events.'

Its programme – ‘LiBRA 2019: Looking beyond the joint in rheumatoid arthritis (RA): Is there a missing link in RA management?’ – won the category, with a high commendation going to ‘CLEAR HORIZONS – A new era of psoriasis care.’

Jan Steele, Lucid Group co-founder and COO, commented, "It was great to see so many engage with the virtual awards on social media. The Communiqué team did a great job in delivering an exciting online event championing the medical communications industry and the transformative work everyone has delivered. We were thrilled that our work in both rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis was recognised – well done to all those involved, this was well-deserved recognition of your fabulous work.”

With regards to the winning programme, the judges commented, “LiBRA 2019 is an outstanding entry, founded on robust insights and really focused on clinical practice improvements. The judges felt that the active MSL follow-up and the accompanying publication really enhanced and extended the learning journey for delegates. This was all underpinned by a great creative strategy, focusing on the concept of nature versus nurture. An exceptional programme, designed to meet unmet needs in patient management!”
